BRS Supporters have attacked and tried to vandalize the Mahaa News Office in Jubilee Hills after they found some of their Bulletins on the Phone-Tapping Case defaming KTR‘s Character.
BRS Supporters are circulating the Objectionable Thumbnails of Such Programs telecast on MAHAA News and are defending the act.

Firstly, there is no place for Violence and Force in Civilized Society and so, there is no way this act can be supported.
The real reasons behind such issues must be discussed.

News is of three types in recent years – The Mainstream Media, the Independent Media on the YouTube, and the Social Media.
All these News should be distinctively different but over the years the lines between them are blurring thanks to the Political Parties.

The Teams groomed and funded by Political Parties cook Wild Gossips and spread them on Social Media and WhatsApp.
The Supporters of the Parties spread them and try to create a sense of Believability to defame the characters of the Political Opponents.
The Advent of YouTube Monetization and Internet Revolution in India via Jio democratized the Content Consumption. That also led to the Birth of Independent Journalism on YouTube.
While there are a few honest Journalists, a vast majority were dependent upon on Cheap Clickbait Thumbnails. The feed for their content started to flow from the Social Media Teams of the Political Parties.
Slowly TV Channels started picking up the same content for their YouTube Channels initially and later the same content slowly started coming on their Mainstream Channels as well.
The Mainstream Channels are expected to do Fact-checking and report responsibly. But then, a few Channels have crossed the line and started giving screen space to the cheap and baseless content.
The Channels have become voice for the usually faceless Rumormongers.
What will the Channels gain? Except for a couple of channels, there is no network of Journalists and Reporters to gather News.
As a result, many channels do not have ‘original content‘ to report. So, how do they stay relevant?
The Videos of this Cheap Content resurface on Social Media and WhatsApp keeping the Channels relevant. They stay in focus that way and that’s how they get Ads and Other Revenue.
So, Media is also at wrong here and at the same time, the Political Parties can not escape the Responsibility.
KTR and Phone-Tapping issue is an epitome of Wild Speculations and Gossips. The investigation is on and the SIT is yet to reveal its findings.
But we have seen wildest of Rumors and Gossips on this case. When we call it “Wild”, it is not exaggeration. The Rumors and Gossips have become Mainstream and that is unfortunate.
