Pawan Kalyan’s convoy entered the premises of the at the Secretariat. However, the Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan instead went to his camp office as he had back pain.
It is known that Pawan Kalyan suffers from back pain and had missed out on cabinet meetings because of it in the past.

Pawan Kalyan was last seen publicly when he carried his son back from Singapore at the airport. He tightly hugged his son Mark Shankar who was injured in a fire accident in Singapore.
On Monday, his wife Anna Lezhneva Konidela went to Tirumala to offer her hair and pray to Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala. Pawan Kalyan was conspicuous with his absence. His health could have been the reason behind his not accompanying his wife.

Pawan Kalyan was advised complete bed rest in February for a few days.
Pawan Kalyan who is not only the Deputy CM is also Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Environment, Forests and Science and Technology Minister.

He is busy touring areas and looking after various issues as a politician, causing the back pain to come back.
