Bail for Vallabhaneni Vamsi After 89 Days, No Release

Ex MLA, YSRCP leader Vallabhaneni Vamsi has finally got bail. He spent 89 days in remand after he was arrested on February 13, 2025. Vamsi got respite in the Satyavardhan kidnap case from the SC, ST Court.

But Vamsi will not be released from jail as he has four cases against him. Apart from Satyavardhan kidnap case, there are cases of attacking Gannavaram TDP office, land grab and illegal mining.

Incidentally, Vallabhaneni Vamsi managed to get bail in Satyavardhan case, land grab and illegal mining cases. But he has the attack of TDP office case in which he is A71. The CID had filed a case against him and he is a remand prisoner right now.

The Court has extended his remand till May 21 in the TDP office attack case. There is talk that he is likely to get bail in that case on May 22. If that happens, Vamsi will be out of jail.

His family has been trying for bail for some time now on health grounds. Vallabhaneni Vamsi is said to have breathing related problems and other health problems.
