Bail to Posani in All Cases, But Will Posani Release?

Posani Krishna Murali has been granted bail in Guntur Court. The Court granted bail in the CID case. If everything falls into place, Posani could be released.

Posani’s jail and subsequent transfer from jail to jail has become a household story. The actor-writer who spoke against CM Chandrababu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh and their families, made a U turn once he was taken into custody.

He said he only read out scripts given by Sajjala Ramskrishna Reddy during initial interrogation. As the days went by and a new case was filed with the CID police, he changed his statement. He then blamed Sakshi newspaper for giving him the script and instructions to hold press conferences.

Posani has been pleading for bail saying his health was sensitive and he didn’t mean all that he had said in the past. Looks like he finally got respite as the Guntur Court has struck down the CID case.

Hence, if no fresh case is filed against him, Posani will be able to go home on bail.
