Balineni Ousting: Jagan Removing Mother’s Side?

Balineni Srinivasa Reddy was shunted out of the cabinet by Jagan. This exclusion has become a surprise because Balineni is a relative of Jagan and also a senior.

He is Jagan’s relative from Vijayamma’s side. Balineni and Pilli Subash Chandrabose resigned as Minister in the then Congress Government to join Jagan.

He is the party’s strongman in the Prakasam district and a money bag.

Jagan had retained Adimulapu Suresh, a junior from the district which has irked Balineni more.

Balineni asked to remove both of them or retain both. But Jagan did not agree with that as well. Jagan did not even try to talk and convince him.

Buzz is that there are differences in the YS family and Jagan would not want relatives on his mother’s side.

Only a few days ago, there were reports that Vijayamma would step down as the party’s honorary president.

There are doubts if Jagan is removing his mother’s group from the party.
