Banjara Hills Car Accident: Two Dead Flying Air!

In an unfortunate accident on the eve of New Year, two persons (one woman included) were killed, and a few others got injured on Sunday early morning when a car rammed into them at Banjara Hills Road Number 3.

Around 5.30 AM, a car in which a group of youngsters was traveling rammed into pedestrians and two other cars as the driver lost control due to overspeeding.

Two persons (one of them was a woman) died on the spot, while a few more sustained injuries. The police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital. The bodies of two victims were shifted to the Osmania hospital mortuary.

Reportedly, the car driver and other occupants are engineering students. It is also being said that the students were in a drunken state which might be the prime reason for the ghastly accident. The police have registered a case, and an investigation is underway.
