The news is that social media influencer, motorbike vlogger, Bayya Sunny Yadav has been taken into control by NIA ( National Investigating Agency).
He was taken taken into control at the Chennai airport. Sunny Yadav had toured Pakistan in February, 2025. For now, it looks like a routine check by NIA as they are cross examining all YouTubers and vloggers who have been to Pakistan in recent times.
The talk of Bayya Sunny Yadav being questioned has been doing rounds for about a week. Some social media channels put up stories that Bayya Sunny Yadav would be questioned relating to his Pakistan trip.
It is known that YouTuber Jyothy Malhotra was caught spying for Pakistan post Operation Sindoor. Hence, the national agency is questioning all those who visited Pakistan or had ties with Jyothy Malhotra.
Incidentally, Bayya Sunny Yadav recently made headlines for promoting betting apps. Right now, he is being questioned as a part of a regular procedure.
