Lok Satta Party’s president, Jaya Prakash Narayana, who has always been hesitant about supporting leaders from the same community due to concerns about caste associations, has extended his support to the alliance of the Telugu Desam Party, Jana Sena Party, and Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming general elections in Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking at an event, Jaya Prakash Narayana said that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are committed to policies that give importance to both welfare for the people and also the generation of wealth, investments, and securing long-term prosperity.
He asserted his support for the TDP, JSP, and BJP alliance because it aims for governance based on principles, rather than serving a specific caste.
Jaya Prakash Narayana stated that the benefits of a party’s victory are often limited to a privileged few within a particular caste, rather than the entire community.
He urged voters to prioritize efficient governance over caste affiliations when casting their votes.
