The long cherished dream of BJP Telangana unit may be coming true. BJP may be severing ties with Telugu Desam Party at least in Telangana. The state BJP President, Kishan Reddy gave a hint about it the other day. Talking to media about the upcoming Warangal bielection, Kishan Reddy said the party will think of alliance with TDP after the verdict in Revanth Reddy’s Cash for Vote case.

BJP State unit is of the plan that it will severe ties with Telugu Desam Party unless it comes out clean in the case. Anyways the case will be taking long time to solve, they wanted to break the alliance this way. We already know Kishan Reddy is not at all in favour of the alliance even before the 2014 elections but was forced up on by the National high command.
We will have to see if the high command agrees for such step ahead of the crucial GHMC elections coming at the end of the year. Particularly this step will also spoil the relations between TDP and BJP in AP as well as national level. On the other side, all the opposition parties are struggling to find a candidate to field against Powerful TRS in Warangal bielection.
