Borugadda Anil

The mobile court Judge has asked to retain rowdy sheeter Borugadda Anil in Anantapur jail. YSRCP member Borugadda is in jail for threatening a CI.

In the past, a case was filed against Borugadda Anil for threatening a III town police station CI in Anantapur regarding land for church.

Borugadda was brought from Rajamahendravaram to Anantapur on a PT warrant. The mobile court Judge who heard the case, postponed the hearing to April 30.

As the hearing date is close by, the Judge instructed that Borugadda be retained in Anantapur instead of being taken back to Rajamahendravaram.

Borugadda has two cases pending against him. One is for threatening a CI and another for using offensive language about AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh.

Borugadda threatened the CI in 2018, who filed a case against him. Borugadda was taken to remand in the case. Later, he came out on bail and hasn’t attended any hearings since then.

Following this, the mobile court in Anantapur issued a non-bailable warrant against him. He was taken into remand and sent to Rajamahendravaram. He was brought to Anantapur for a hearing on PT warrant.




Meanwhile, the case for bad-mouthing the CM, Deputy CM and Lokesh has been shifted to Sessions Court.
