Case On Naidu On YCP MLA’s Complaint

AP CID has booked cases on Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Former Minister P Narayana, and Others basing on a complaint by YSR Congress MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy.

On April 27th, Alla complained to APCID that there are irregularities in Amaravati Master Plan and Inner Ring Road.

CID claims that based on its investigation, preliminary evidence has been found and a case has been registered on May 6th.

Lingamaneni Ramesh, Lingamaneni Venkata Surya Rajasekhar, LEPL Projects, and Ramakrishna Housing Pvt Ltd director Anjani Kumar were also named in the FIR.

Along with IPC Sections 120B, 420, 34, 35, 36, 37, 166, 167, 217, case is also registered under Prevention of Corruption Act Section 13(2) read with 13(1A)

Earlier similar case of Alla Ramakrishna Reddy about insider trading has been struck down by the Supreme Court due to lack of evidence. The latest cases have been filed in another form.

TDP alleges that YSR Congress is shattered by the response Chandrababu Naidu is getting in district tours and have brought up this baseless issue to divert public attention.
