CBI’s Final Charge-sheet Tomorrow in Viveka Murder Case

It appears that the CBI requested an extension of the investigation deadline, which was granted by the Supreme Court until June 30th. The CBI has listed YS Avinash Reddy, the Kadapa MP, as accused number 8 (A8) and his father Bhaskar Reddy as accused number 7 (A7) in the case.

However, Avinash has not been arrested yet, and the CBI has not sought the cancellation of his bail granted by the Telangana High Court. YS Sunitha approached the Apex Court, and the case has been postponed to July 3rd.

After that, the CBI kept the infamous case under wraps without arresting Avinash. At least, the CBI did not approach the Supreme Court to cancel the bail granted by the Telangana High Court to Avinash Reddy.

As of now, we will have to wait and see what the CBI reveals tomorrow, whether it is a full charge sheet with additional names or a supplementary charge sheet submitted to the court.
