Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy, who was granted bail, has been complying with the Telangana High Court’s order to appear at the CBI office every Saturday between 10 am to 5 pm for the inquiry related to the case of YS Viveka’s murder. He has attended the CBI office on three consecutive Saturdays without fail.
However, it is noteworthy that Avinash appeared at the CBI office today (Sunday) as well, despite the court order specifying Saturdays for his appearance. Sources indicate that Avinash arrived at the CBI office at 10:30 am today, bringing along some important documents as requested by the officials.
It is reported that the CBI may have requested these documents based on the answers given by Avinash during the investigation conducted yesterday. After staying at the CBI office for about twenty minutes, Avinash left. This marks his fourth appearance at the CBI investigation since obtaining anticipatory bail.
YS Viveka‘s daughter, Sunitha, has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking the cancellation of Avinash’s anticipatory bail. The hearing for this petition is scheduled for June 19th in the Supreme Court. As of now, the CBI has not filed any counter or been impleaded in Sunitha’s petition seeking the cancellation of Avinash’s bail.
