Pemmasani Chandrasekhar is a name not many Telugus knew a couple of years ago. But today, he is one of the most popular names in Andhra Pradesh, thanks to his resounding win from the Guntur parliament segment. He is widely regarded as a respectable man with great etiquette and polished verbal skills.
Now that Kutami is forming the government in AP in a supremely astounding manner, the prospects of TDP at the center level have also gone up steeply.
Incidentally, Chandrababu is set to go on a Delhi trip today to meet the NDA bosses and discuss the latest developments. The discussion about the cabinet berths for TDP, which is a part of the NDA alliance is expected to take center stage today.
Interestingly, Pemmasani Chandrasekhar is also on his way to Delhi along with Chandrababu and this has led to a comment that Pemmasani himself could be getting central ministry.
Pemmasani comes across as a very well educated socialist with excellent vocal skills. Sending such qualified men to the cabinet ministry would reflect well on TDP and further boost the image of NDA. But will this actually happen in the cabinet formulation? We shall know the answer soon.
