Chandrababu Goes To Kuppam With Right Medicine

Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu reached Kuppam on road from Bengaluru airport a little while ago. Leaders and party activists have welcomed their leader at Andhra – Karnataka border. Naidu’s visit has assumed significance because it has come after YSR Congress registering emphatic victory in recent Panchayat Elections.

Naidu will stay three days in his constituency and will talk to the party activists about what is happening in the party and why TDP could not win in recent election. There have been reports that leaders who enjoyed power during TDP government shied away from the party cadre after the 2019 election.

As a result, there has been a huge gap and the cadre also got subdued. That has resulted in a humiliating defeat. The ruling party is even making headlines saying that Naidu will lose Kuppam in next elections. Talking to the cadre and making the necessary changes to the local leadership is the right medicine and Naidu seems to be doing the right thing.

Chandrababu has been representing Kuppam since 1989. He has been winning their effortlessly for seven terms on a trot.
