The land given to Hayagreeva Farms and Developers is about to be taken back. The government has issued directives regarding the 12.4 acres land allotted.

It was found that irregularities happened in the matter and rules were violated. The government directed the Collector to take back the land immediately.

Hayagreeva Farms and Developers is part of Hayagreeva Infratech Projects Limited. The complaint against Hayagreeva Farms and Developers is that they misused the land given to them.

While they were meant to build a home for the elderly, the company split the land into small pieces and sold them.

The Enforcement Directorate conducted an enquiry into the matter and attached properties worth Rs 44.75 crore.

YSRCP ex MP MVV Satyanarayana and Gannamani Venkateswara Rao are also mentioned in the report filed by ED.

The land was allotted in Yendana village, Visakhapatnam, for cottages for elderly and orphans in 2008. In 2010, it was registered on Hayagreeva Farms and Developers’ name for Rs 5.63 crore approximately.




According to ED, a case was initiated following a FIR registered by Arilova Police Station on Gadde Brahmaji, Gannamani Venkateswara Rao and YSRCP ex MP MVV Satyanarayana for forging signatures, fabricating sales deeds and coercion to grab 12.5 acres allotted by AP government for senior citizens and orphans.
