Chandrababu Recommend This Seat To PK?

TDP and Janasena are going to fight the upcoming election together. All eyes are on the seat number that Pawan Kalyan’s party will be given. Another interesting topic is the seat where Pawan Kalyan will be in the fray.

There are rumors in a section of the media that Chandrababu Naidu asked Pawan Kalyan to contest from Tirupati. Tirupati is dominated by the Balija community (Kapu community) and is expected to help Pawan Kalyan.

Chiranjeevi won from Tirupati in 2009 even though he lost from Palakollu.

Pawan Kalyan contested from Gajuwaka and Bhimavaram in the 2019 election and lost both seats. So, Chandrababu suggested he contest from a safe seat so that his assembly entry would be guaranteed.

Also, Pawan Kalyan contesting from Tirupati may help the other candidates in the Chittoor district as well. Chittoor district along with Kadapa is the strongholds of YSR Congress in Rayalaseema. It is important to break them.

There are multiple aspirants in both the parties for Tirupati seat. Former MLA Sugunamma, Vuka Vijay Kumar, and TTD Former Board Member OV Ramana are expecting this seat from TDP.

Dr Pasupuleti Hari Prasad and Kiran Rayal are expecting the seat from Janasena. But then, there should be no resistance if Pawan Kalyan had decided to contest from the seat.

Also, if Pawan Kalyan agrees, both the big heads of the Opposition – Chandrababu Naidu (Kuppam) and Pawan Kalyan will be contesting from the same district and area.
