Works at the land where CM Chandrababu Naidu will be constructing his Amaravati residence are on. The latest news is that the ground-breaking ceremony will be held on April 9, 2025.
Last year, Chandrababu had purchased 5 acre land for the construction which falls under Velagapudi revenue circle. The land is adjacent to E6 road and is 2 km away from Amaravati government complex.
Soon, PM Modi will be starting the Amaravati redevelopment programme. Meanwhile, Babu is planning to construct the house at the earliest.
A landscaped garden, quarters for security personnel, parking will also be part of the property. It is said, the CM is keen on completing the construction as soon as possible.
As a part of prepping for the construction work, Nara Lokesh and his team along vastu experts visited the site. Already work to level the property is underway.
The news is that the registration process will be completed by the end of this month. The electric poles that are running through the land will be removed.
