CM Revanth Reddy Operation Sindoor

Telangana CM Revanth Reddy issued a number of guidelines following Operation Sindoor. He said it our duty to stand as one behind Indian Army and added it was no time for parties or politics.

He declared that leaves of all essential staff stand cancelled and that everyone must be available. He also said that all ministers and MLAs must be accessible.

The CM also said that all foreign tours must be cancelled. Revanth Reddy warned against unnecessary statements by government officials in media and social media.

A toll-free number would be activated, which would be accessible to all citizens. The CM also called for immediate detention of illegal residents from Pakistan, Bangladesh.

Command Control Center would strengthen information network. There would be zero tolerance against disruption of law and order. Blood banks should maintain enough stock and emergency medicines must be ready, said the CM.

He also ordered for real-time monitoring of bed availability in private hospitals. If need be, coordination must be done with Red Cross, he said. Reddy asked officers to check food stocks.

Revanth Reddy asked all to be alert on cybersecurity. Crackdown on fake news for which a special cell will be formed. The CC cameras from 3 commissionarates will be linked to Command Control Room.

The CM directed security to be increased in district HQs and sensitive zones. Tighten security around foreign offices and IT zone, he said. He directed the police to be on high alert.

Revanth Reddy asked to engage peace committees if need be. He also emphasized on monitoring history sheeters and habitual trouble-makers.




A solidarity rally for Armed Forces will be held from Secretariat to Necklace Road on Thursday, May 8, at 6 pm. CM, Ministers and other leaders will participate in it.
