Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau once again failed to file a counter in Revanth Reddy’s case. ACB already asked for two adjournments for filing the counter and missed both of them. The judge of the Special court hearing Revanth Reddy’s bail petition expressed his anger on ACB’s pale response on this case.

Later the court posted the hearing on bail petition to Wednesday. Revanth Reddy will be a very anxious man that day as one more postponement of the petition or turning down the bail request will mean that he will be missing his daughter’s engagement on the next day (June 11th).
ACB seem to be intentionally delaying the counter filing so as to delay the bail petition for Revanth Reddy. Today is the third day of Revanth Reddy’s ACB custody and tomorrow will be the last day of the ACB custody granted by the court. The ACB may inform the court that Revanth Reddy is not cooperating with them and ask for the further custody to make sure Revanth is in jail for as many days as possible.
