The state government have allotted several officials to Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) on special deputation. However officials are not at all eager to go there despite getting several financial benefits.
Those going on deputation will get 30% Salary extra. HRA 30%, 3000 extra per month as Travel Allowance will be given to them. However officials are hesitant to go there as the Chief Minister is directly monitoring the affairs of CRDA. They are fearing of the work pressures under Chandrababu who is a hard task master.
Also their stay will definitely get extended there and the officials are not interested to take the risk of shifting to a new place. Many are trying to avert the deputation citing ill health. On the other side, the land pooling work is not at all progressing at expected pace due to lack of employees.
