26/11 Style Attacks Planned: Delhi Blast Reveal

New revelations have surfaced in the ongoing investigation into the recent Delhi blast. Following the recovery of a large cache of explosives in Haryana’s Faridabad, security agencies are piecing together what appears to be a major terror conspiracy.

According to intelligence reports, the i20 car blast in Delhi may have been part of a larger plan resembling the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. The terrorists allegedly intended to carry out multiple coordinated strikes across the national capital.

Preliminary findings suggest that key landmarks like Red Fort, India Gate, Constitution Club, and Gowrie Shankar temple were among the targets. Railway stations, shopping malls, and other crowded public areas were also part of the plan.

Investigators believe Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad masterminded the plot. Terror operatives had been conducting reconnaissance missions in Delhi since January, preparing for a series of high-intensity explosions.

The security agencies have reportedly uncovered plans to deploy over 200 IEDs across Delhi, Gurugram, and Faridabad. The goal was to trigger mass panic through simultaneous blasts in high-profile zones.

The discovery has brought back memories of the 2008 Mumbai attacks, where Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists targeted popular tourist spots and killed 166 people. The parallels between the two plots have alarmed security agencies nationwide.

Authorities are now working to identify sleeper cells and trace cross-border links as part of an extensive investigation into the foiled 26/11-style plan.
