Did Modi Lose Confidence in AP and TS BJP?

There are No New Telugu Faces in the Cabinet Rejig this morning. That lives us with Zero Representation from Telangana and No BJP Leader from AP in the Central Cabinet. Suresh Prabhu is nominated to Rajya Sabha from AP but belongs to AP only technically.

This may indicate that Modi and Amit Shah have no confidence in the current crop of BJP leaders in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The duo may not have many expectations on BJP’s prospects in 2019 as well so ignored both the states.

Hari Babu is rumored to be running for a Cabinet Berth. Local Media even reported that he left to Delhi along with his family a day before the oath ceremony but then he is not inducted into the cabinet. There were rumors that Vediri Sriram from Telangana may get the Cabinet Berth but that did not happen as well.
