Did T-industrial policy excite industry much?

Telangana government has announced its first ever industrial policy which they call as the best in the World. However the policy which promises all the necessary permissions in a preagreed time frame do not excite the industry much. The state goverment has it in its purview a total of 18 clearances like Registration with District Industry Centre, approval of building from local civic body, factory licence, registration with commercial tax department and others.

However the crucial environmental clearances which usually plagues the start-up industries still rests with the central government. The gravity of this clearance can be understood from the fact, Over 419 projects, amounting to Rs 20 lakh crore, are stuck due to environmental clearances across the country.
