Eatala Vs Bandi Cold War Out in Open

The Telangana BJP is seeing groupism within the party. And those in the center of this are Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay and Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender.

The latest update on Eatala is that he made some rather cheap comments against Bandi Sanjay, to appease his followers. He used the word ‘na kodaka’, which is now on social media.

There is pressure on Eatala Rajender to give posts within the party to followers who have been with him for 20 years.

In fact, his followers went to the house of Eatala in Shamirpet and demanded that he give them a clear plan of action. They expressed anguish that Bandi Sanjay group is disregarding them for party posts due to ‘patha BJP’, ‘kotha BJP’ argument.

Meanwhile, Bandi Sanjay made insuniating comments against Eatala. He said some people worked against him to make sure he gets less votes in Huzurabad. Bandi asked how can they give tickets for local body polls to such people.

Bandi Sanjay further said that there was no scope for groupism in BJP. He said if one works for the party, they will be given posts and financial aid. Those doing group politics will be discarded, Bandi said.

Immediately after Bandi’s comments, BJP Huzurabad in-charge and Eatala group member, Gautam Reddy submitted his resignation.

It has become obvious that Huzurabad has become a bone of contention between Eatala and Bandi Sanjay groups. Eatala and his followers are discontent that he wasn’t chosen as Telangana state BJP president. They have expressed their opinion on social media too.

However, as far as BJP is concerned, Eatala Vs Bandi face off is out in the open. Many in BJP feel it is not a healthy development prior to local body polls in Telangana.
