It was stated that Jagan breached the MCC with offensive statements and speeches during his campaign meetings ahead of the General Elections in Andhra Pradesh.

Jagan made defamatory statements against Chandrababu Naidu multiple times during his “Siddham” meetings in the last few weeks. He used words like “Habitual Offender”, “Pasupathi From Arundhati”, “Hantakudu”, “Sadist”, and “Chandramukhi”, against Babu.

A few days back, even Chandrababu Naidu was served with notices by the EC for using offensive words like “Animal”, “Monster” and “Thief” in his speeches.
