Emergency Landing of CM Chandrababu Naidu Helicopter

Due to bad weather conditions, AP CM Chandrababu’s helicopter had an emergency landing in Gannavaram. However, the CM took a special flight to Rajahmundry following the delay.

The CM is supposed to give away NTR Bharosa pensions in Malakapally of East Godavari. On Tuesday, it was decided that the CM will participate in grama sabhas and meet up with local party members.

The plan was for the CM to go to Kapavaram in East Godavari from Undavalli and head to Malakapally from there. But as the weather conditions were not appropriate, the pilot had an emergency landing in Gannavaram.

The CM then took a special flight to Rajahmundry. From there, he reached Malakapally by road. The entire Vijayawada, Undavalli area was cloudy and there was possibility of heavy rain according to Air Traffic Control.

Though the pilot had some doubts before the CM started from Undavalli, he took off, only to make an emergency landing in Gannavaram. As there was a special plane parked at Gannavaram airport, the CM took the flight.




In the evening, after finishing the programme, the CM will reach Rajahmundry and take the special flight back to Gannavaram. Chandrababu will reach Undavalli by night.
