Essel Group is planning to develop integrated Resort cities in Andhra Pradesh and is very soon conducting a feasibility study. Amit Goenka, one of the promoters of Essel Group, CEO of Pan India Network Ltd and other executives of the group, met Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and evinced their interest in this regard.

Integrated resort city have good international market and potential. Integrated Resort cities in Singapore generated business worth $10 billion and created 22,000 direct and 40,000 indirect jobs.
Essel Group is also working on a waste to energy plant in Jamshedpur and was asked to bid for such project in AP too. Basing on the success, Naidu promised to recommend them to the Center in his position as the Convener of the Swacch Bharat sub-group of Chief Ministers.
