The political scene in Gudivada heated up due to flexis put up by TDP and YSRCP. It is known that YSRCP leader Perni Nani has been making rather instigating and violent comments. As a counter, the TDP cadre put up flexis in Gudivada.
Prior to elections, Kodali Nani said that Chandrababu won’t win in Kuppam. He said he will polish the boots of Chandrababu if Babu won and stay at his feet. Reminding that, TDP put up flexis in Nehru Chowk in Gudivada.
On the other hand, YSRCP put up flexis saying – Babu surety, mosam guarantee.
On Saturday, YSRCP held a meeting in Gudivada and Perni Nani was the chief guest. Angered by the comments made by Perni Nani, the TDP cadre tried to tear the flexis put up by YSRCP at Nagavarappadu junction.
The TDP leaders expressed their anger over Nani’s comments – chikatlo kannu kodithe chalu panaipovali. To stop any untoward incidents from taking place, police have been stationed at various places in Gudivada.
