AI City is planned at Muccharla on land earlier pooled for pharma city. The rocky terrain is considered ideal for IT and corporate towers, with skyscrapers inspired by New York and Dubai skylines. Amazon and Google data centers are proposed here, along with a 300 feet wide road connecting to the ORR.

Green pharma and data center clusters will also be developed, with strict norms for zero liquid discharge companies. Designs are underway for AITC with IT skyscrapers. Nearby, Meerkhanpet will host an education hub alongside Muccharla’s Knowledge City and Skill Valley.

Young India Skill City has already seen its foundation laid in the region. Plans include international universities, research centers, and libraries developed along lake shores to create an academic and innovation driven ecosystem.

The urban forest zone will feature eco tourism facilities for city residents. Wellness resorts, cycling tracks, trekking routes, and night safaris are planned, along with health tourism projects linked to the Amrabad Tiger reserve.

In the Kandukuru area, the government plans super speciality hospitals, wellness centres, and yoga retreats. These developments aim to position the region as a major destination for medical and wellness tourism.

Around 3,000 acres will be dedicated to a sports complex and golf course built to Olympic standards. Future City is expected to serve as the venue if Hyderabad hosts the Asian Games or Commonwealth Games.

Lakes and water bodies will be interconnected to form a blue and green network. An entertainment zone with large studios, VFX units, and post production facilities inspired by Hollywood is also planned.

The government promises road connectivity that allows access to Future City within 15 minutes from any part of Hyderabad. Along the Srisailam Highway, multiplexes, shopping malls, and star hotels will be developed.

Between the IT city and commercial zone, a large residential township is planned. The project aims to blend work, living, recreation, and sustainability into a single global scale urban destination.
