With President’s Rule on, Governor Narasimhan is proving to be a hard nut to crack especially for former Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy. Narasimhan is revisiting all the decisions taken by KKR in his last days and the concerned files have already reached Raj Bhavan. Particularly the G.O.s which involve financial matters are being probed. Political circles say this is a kind of blackmail of Congress Party to control Kiran Kumar Reddy who is planning to float a new political party.
