What Happened Between Chandrababu and Rajamouli?

Film Director SS Rajamouli toured Amaravati, the Capital City of Andhra Pradesh the other day. He happened to sit with Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on three occasions in the day. He also toured the Capital region and took pictures of some important locations in his mobile phone.

Chandrababu told him clearly that the designs put up by Norman Fosters and Partners does not reflect Telugu culture and so he needs his help. He categorically stated the buildings should be of World Class architecture. Rajamouli readily agreed to give the necessary inputs.

The Baahubali director went on to say that he will be talking to Norman Fosters and Partners architects through Video Conference first and will later go to their headquarters in London. The tour may begin on October 12th we are told.

In his entire Amaravati tour, Rajamouli somehow avoided talking to media. Some of the anti-government media reports that Rajamouli did not like taking up the role but agreed upon the government’s constant pestering. But sources close to the director said he is not the one who budges easily and he is very much interested.
