Harish Rao To Be Stripped off Irrigation Ministry?

Ever since KTR is appointed the Working President of TRS, there is something or more coming about Harish Rao every other day. The other day there are reports that Harish may be fielded from Medak Parliament so as to keep him away from the State Politics. Now, there are rumours that he may be stripped of the Irrigation Ministry.

Harish Rao worked really hard as the Irrigation Minister supervise all the project works almost on a real-time basis for the last four years or so. Chief Minister KCR the other day reviewed the Progress of the Pending Projects but to everyone’s surprise, Harish is missing from the meeting. Karimnagar MP Vinod and Balkonda MLA Vemula Prashanth Reddy are in the meeting.

Rumours are rife in a section of media that Prashanth Reddy may enter the KCR’s Cabinet for the first time and may be given the all-important Irrigation Ministry. Even though Harish Rao is not a minister yet, he should be called due to his previous tenure or at least as an MLA like in the case of Prashanth Reddy.

Harish Rao supporters are fuming at these developments but are playing a waiting game. If Harish is given a not-so-important portfolio and later fielded for Parliament, it is more or less confirmed that KCR is trying to reduce his Troubleshooter into nobody for the Political Future of his Scion, KT Ramarao.
