The high court totally found fault with this affidavit, “It is the responsibility of the Centre who divided the state to fund the high court. And President of India should notify the location of new high court. You seem to be deviating from your duties”. The court asked Assistant Solicitor General to find out the details of financial help given by the Center for AP’s high court.

Narendra Modi’s government has developed this habit of leaving the issues between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to the discretion of time. The center is yet to solve at least one issue that cropped between both the states. We will have to see if they mend their ways with the high court’s comments.
