HC Dismisses Petition Filed for Jagan’s Corrupt Case

High Court rejected the petition filed by Vijayasai Reddy, Jagati Publications for re-review on the hearings given formerly in the case of Corrupt practices and seeking exemption on attending the CBI trial every week.

The court directed Vijayasai Reddy and other personnel who submitted their petitions in High Court to consult CBI special Court instead, for any further requests. Court has suggested CBI court speed up the inquiry for the cases of corruption in which YS Jagan was the main accused and other MP’s and MLA’s were involved, upon PIL filed by an advocate Vedavyas, to expedite the process.

The High court gave a stay on hearing given for Srinivasan, Cheif of India Cements who filed a petition for exemption on attending the CBI trial every Friday. But after Vijayasai Reddy filed a petition for the same, the High court rejected Vijayasai Reddy’s petition and also dismissed Srinivasan’s stay.
