Hyderabad High Court had granted relief to 200 reluctant farmers who are not ready to give up their lands for the Pooling in notified villages. These farmers have given objection letters under rule 9.2 and knocked the door of the high court to exempt them from the land pooling.
Andhra Pradesh government and CRDA told the court that they will consider the objection letters according to the rules in the last hearing. Today the high court also instructed the government to allow agriculture works in these lands. The court instructed CRDA to file a counter regarding this in two weeks.
After pooling more than 33000 acres for the capital, the state government did not announce its further plan on the reluctant farmers. Sources say after the Master Plan the government may announce Land Acquisition for the left over lands as it can not leave some of the lands interrupting the Master Plan.
