The AP High Court has ordered for a case to be filed against former minister Vidudala Rajani, along with her PAs Dodda Ramakrishna and Phani along with then CI Suryanarayana.
The order came after a TDP leader Pilli Koti approached the High Court. Pilli Koti alleged that he was tortured for questioning the then government.
He said he was subject to such treatment at Chilakaluri police station in 2019. Though he complained back then, no action was taken. He alleged that he was harassed for posting on social media.
Following Court’s order, the Palnadu police have instructed for a case to be booked in two weeks and submit a report.
Pilli Koti also met up with the SP, who assured him that justice will be meted out.
