For usage of offensive language against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Minister Nara Lokesh, the High Court judge N Harinath issued directives to Vizag 3 Town police that they issue notices and take an explanation from Kodali Nani.

A student Anjanapriya complained to the police against Kodali Nani on November 16, 2024. Anjanapriya who is a law student said in her complaint that she couldn’t take the language of Kodali Nani and was deeply hurt by his comments. She said Nani’s comments in newspapers and social media disturbed her. She added that such offensive words were setting a bad example for the youth.

Kodali Nani approached the High Court for the case to be struck down.

The lawyer on the petitioner’s side said that all cases filed by the police were eligible for punishment in less than seven years. He requested the Court to issue notices and give a go-ahead for enquiry.

Assistant PP requested some time as the case came for hearing for the first time.

Slowly, the noose is tightening around those close to Jagan and those who were active during YSRCP’s term. Kodali Nani made a series of comments against Babu and Lokesh during five years and more so during election time.

Looks like it’s payback time for Kodali Nani!
