Hyderabad Is Due To Naidu’s Vision: PC’s Ex-DC

Planning Commission’s Former Vice-President Montek Singh Ahluwalia is in Hyderabad for the inaugural Abhay Tripathi Memorial Lecture, on ‘Economic reforms: Yesterday, Today and India@75’, at the Dr.MCR HRD Institute of Telangana in Hyderabad.

During his address, Montek Singh Ahluwalia heaped praises on Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

“There is a big role of Chandrababu Naidu in the construction of Cyberabad. He is a Bold and Unusual person. Hyderabad has become Cyberabad due to the reforms he implemented then,” he said.

“Everyone who is doing IT jobs in Hyderabad should thank Naidu. I remember how he toiled really hard in Delhi to get an appointment with Bill Gates. He introduced himself as the CEO of Andhra Pradesh. He gave a presentation for 90 minutes and Gates came with him to Hyderabad,” he added.
