He is actively involved in the Government Policy and also, the party affairs. Several MLAs complained that they used to wait for hours before the CMO and were not able to meet the then CM at least once in the entire five years tenure.

Along with Dhananjay Reddy, P Krishna Mohan Reddy, former OSD, and Govindappa, a full-time director of Bharathi Cements were also denied immunity from the arrest.
That means the Government can arrest these people any time now.
These are Big Fish and once they are arrested, they can lead not to the busting of the Liquor Scam but also many scams that happened during the Jagan’s regime.
It is also to be noted that except for Jagan Mohan Reddy, nobody in YSR Congress are sympathetic towards Dhanjaya Reddy because of his autocratic attitude in the past.
If the SIT was able to draw crucial information from these, it may even lead to Jagan Mohan Reddy and it is then up to the Government if it should arrest him.
The shoddy practices used between 2019 and 2024 are evident to everyone. It is for sure that a scam has happened.
Liquor is the second biggest revenue source for any state. And if there is a scam in the Liquor Policy, it can not happen without the approval or the involvement of the Top Leadership.
So, there are no chances that Jagan can escape in this case.
Probably, the Government will only think if the arrest will give any sympathy and political mileage.
