A new survey by India Today and Cicero predict results in favour of TDP and BJP combine. The survey project the parties to win 17-21 Lok Sabha Seats in both the regions of the state. Close second will be the YSR Congress Party which will be bagging 7-11 MP seats. The Congress party which sacrificed its interests in Seema Andhra region will have to be content with just 4-6 seats with all of them coming from Telangana. Although the numbers will not bring a smile on Congress faces in terms of return on investment for what they lost.
Telangana Rashtra Samiti which is being projected as the Champion of Telangana sentiment is expected to bag 6-10 MP seats while Others are expected to bag 0-2 seats. Probably counting on one for MIM and the other for Lok Satta’s Jaya Prakash Narayan in Malkajgiri. One would wonder if this number translate in to Assembly seats. If yes, its Naidu’s time in Seema Andhra and a hung possibility in Telangana.
