Infighting Everywhere In BRS!!

There is significant infighting within the ruling BRS party as the ticket allocation process for the upcoming elections approaches. The struggle for supremacy and ticket allocation is not limited to a few places but is widespread across North Telangana, South Telangana, and Greater Hyderabad. Party leaders are forming groups and creating chaos in various constituencies, but the party leadership is seemingly silent and not addressing these issues.

In North Telangana, Janagama MLA Muthireddy Yadagiri Reddy and Station Ghanpur MLA Tatikonda Rajaiah are facing internal trouble within their own party. MLC Pochampally Srinivasareddy has criticized Janagama MLA, indicating that he is confident of securing the ticket. In Ghanpur station, Kadiam Srihari is making efforts to secure a ticket for his daughter instead of MLA Tatikonda Rajaiah, leading to division within the party.

In South Telangana, there are ongoing communal differences in the Tandur constituency between MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy and MLC and former minister Patnam Mahender Reddy. This struggle for supremacy has divided party ranks into two factions, with rumors circulating that Mahender Reddy may join the Congress if he doesn’t receive the ticket. Similar rivalries and divisions exist in other constituencies such as Parigi and Kodangal.

In Hyderabad, where there are 24 constituencies, there is competition among party members for ticket allocation. Sitting MLAs and other leaders are engaged in competitive activities to secure their candidacies. Some notable examples include Kutbullapur, Maheswaram, Rajendranagar, Khairatabad, and Uppal.

MLAs are reportedly complaining to the BRS High Command about the competitive programs and lack of communication from party leaders. There are campaigns suggesting that the High Command is delaying or disregarding the ticket allocation process.
