Intentional Low Publicity for Krishna Pushkaralu?

We are less than a fortnight away from Krishna Pushkaralu but the government is not even half way from the publicity it has done for Godavari Pushkaralu last year. Top Brass in the government says that it is all intentional. Vijayawada City which is the hot bed for Krishna Pushkaralu, is known for the clogging of traffic over the years.

The state government had made honest attempts to arrange for alternatives like Flyovers and roads widening but most of them are unlikely to complete by Pushkaralu time and so the government do not want much publicity to Pushkaralu which further compound traffic woes of the city. Government will kick start the publicity only when Pushkaralu begins.

On the other side, ghats and the other arrangements for the 12 days event are also not completed. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu finally entered the fray and is supervising all the works himself. Going by the indications, Naidu is likely to have sleepless nights in finishing things on time.
