“Jagan wanted to go for Davos but the thing is that he can not do that without the permission of the courts. His passport is in the court and it will be released only when the court agrees. Even though the CM holds a diplomatic passport, it is of no use. So, Jagan skipped Davos to avoid the embarrassment of asking permission,” Byreddy said.
