June 4 is a day that created history in Andhra Pradesh politics, said Andhra Pradesh CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu. A dictator was washed away due to people’s revolution, he said, reminiscing the thumping victory that people gave to the alliance government.
Babu took to X to express his views – It is a day when a maniac who was high on power was kicked out by people. It was a day when psycho rule was ended and every citizen felt free and relaxed.
People took it up as a movement and reinstated democracy in the state. It’s a day when people shunned terrorism and put the state in safe hands for development, progress and good governance.
It is a day when the fights of TDP warriors, movements by the Jana Sainiks and support by Kamalanathulu, helped the state win.
We have taken the duty of reviving the state and are working every single day towards that goal. We are governing to fulfill the wishes and aspirations of people.
By providing welfare, we are on a path of development. I bow my head and thank the people who have unanimously voted for us to change the fate and direction of the state.
I promise, we will take up many more welfare and developmental activities in future. I thank the TDP karyakartas, Jana Sainiks and BJP karyakartas and leaders who led the fight against destructive governance.
