Did Jagan Admit That He Is Corrupt?

TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu had approached High Court to strike off the ACB court’s ruling in Cash for Vote case. YSR Congress alleged that with this, Naidu admitted his guilt in the case. Alla Ramakrishna Reddy who filed the case and MLC Ummareddy Venkateshwarulu went on to say that if Naidu is not guilty why he is trying to stop ACB investigation.

This seems to be a funny allegation. YSR Congress President Jagan Mohan Reddy has numerous cases pending on him. Jagan himself is in jail for several months and is currently on bail. Jagan also filed various petitions to get out the cases and by the logic of YSR Congress leaders, Jagan also admitted that he is guilty and corrupt.

YSR Congress is ignoring a fact here that going for appeal is a right for any accused in any case. It is for the courts to decide if the person is guilty or not. If appealing against court order is a crime then, the state jails may not be enough to accommodate the accused persons. For a change, why not YSRCP leave the matter to the courts?
