Nampally special CBI court had posted the illegal assets case of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to June 10. Jagan today attended the court proceedings in person. Along with him, the high profile attendees are Former minister Sabitha Indra Reddy, ICC chairman N Srinivasan, Some senior IAS officers and industrialists.
It is alleged that Jagan amassed huge wealth through illegal means by misusing the office of his father YSR, when he was the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh between 2004 and 2009.
The cases came back haunting his after his father’s demise. The first charge sheet was filed against Jagan and 12 others on March 31, 2012 and 11 other chargesheets followed until now. Jagan even spent 16 months in jail and was notoriously released before the 2014 elections.
