Jagan Has To Appear In Court?

The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been evading the Kodi Kathi case for many months. He is dragging the case and keeping the culprit Srinivas Rao in jail.

Now, Srinivas’s lawyer has made an interesting and fitting argument at the Vizag court.

“Jagan has the time and resources to go to London to meet his family members. But he doesn’t have the time to attend the court hearing in a criminal case against him. The court should order him to attend the court hearing in the case.” the lawyer argued.

The primary argument is to get Jagan to record his statement in the case. The lawyer has requested the court to get Jagan to appear in front of the court at least to get his version of the series of incidents pertaining to the case.

Will the court order Jagan to appear in front of them for a hearing on a cas that has been going on for many years now.
