After being a relentless supporter for YS Jagan, all her life, Sharmila changed the track after the 2019 election and she had multiple complaints against her brother. She alleged disproportionate assets distribution and other cheating activities on her brother.
But that did not stop Sharmila from inviting her brother to her son’s wedding that happened in Hyderabad in 2024. Back, then, Jagan was the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh and he had the goodwill to attend the wedding, despite the obvious differences with Sharmila.
And now the stage is being prepared for the wedding of Sharmila’s daughter Anjili Reddy. There are reports that the engagement ceremony could be happening this month while the wedding could be happening in November.
People are already starting to discuss if Sharmila would be prepared to invite Jagan to her daughter’s wedding this time around.
Incidentally, things have further gone out of proportion between Sharmila and Jagan since the last time they met, which was during the wedding of Sharmila’s son Raja Reddy. Sharmila was relentless with her political campaign against Jagan during the 2024 election.
Jagan is not the kind of politician who would take things lightly, and he would certainly be holding something against Sharmila for all the negative work against him during the election.
So only time will answer if Jagan would actually go to the wedding of Sharmila’s daughter after all that had happened in the recent while.
