Jagan Unleashes CID On Influential Family Of TDP

As elections are nearing in Andhra Pradesh, Jagan Mohan Reddy is after the TDP ecosystem. We have seen him trying to trouble Ramoji Rao with the intention to stifle the voice of Eenadu. Now, he is targeting the Late Kinjarapu Yerrannaidu’s family.

APCID has arrested Yerrannaidu’s daughter, MLA Adireddy Bhavani’s husband Vasu, and father-in-law former MLC Apparao in a chit-fund case. Adireddy family is running Jagath Janani Chits.

There were rumors in the constituency that Vasu is interested to contest in Bhavani’s place in 2024.

During the MLA-quota MLC elections, TDP leaders told there was pressure on Adireddy Bhavani to vote against the TDP candidate or face arrest. But she did not care and voted for the party’s candidate.

During the early days of his rule, Jagan also arrested Atchahnaidu in the name of the ESI Scam case but the CID could not prove anything so far.

Kinjarapu family is known to be the most vocal and electorally most successful.

Atchannaidu from Tekkali, Ram Mohan Naidu from Srikakulam Parliament, and Adireddy Bhavani from Rajamundry Urban won the elections in 2019 despite the huge wave in favor of Jagan. So, they have become targets ahead of the 2024 elections.
